The Noblelift OPL25N is a low-level order picker that delivers strong power, high efficiency, and excellent stability. Featuring a German AC drive motor and an Italian controller, it provides a smooth and comfortable driving experience. The OPL25N is designed to reduce operator fatigue with features like a floating shock-absorption platform and an ergonomic backrest, while the sideways battery design allows for quick and easy replacement in multi-shift operations. With fully upgraded features, this order picker makes warehouse tasks easier and more efficient.

- High-Performance Drive System: A German Schabmuller AC drive motor and KORDEL gearbox, controlled by an Italian ZAPI controller, provide high power, maintenance-free operation, and smooth acceleration.
- Ergonomic REMA Handle: A reliable and ergonomically designed German REMA multifunctional handle features easily reachable buttons, making driving more comfortable and precise.
- Operator Comfort & Stability: A 4-point floating shock absorption platform with rubber pads minimizes vibration, while an ergonomically curved backrest reduces driver fatigue.
- Informative Display: A multifunctional control instrument displays truck conditions, battery capacity, working time, travel speed, and steering angle, with a ring light that turns red to indicate a problem.
- Secure Access: A standard pin code switch allows for multiple start passwords, and RFID card access is also supported for fleets with multiple operators.
- Side Jog Buttons: Jog buttons on both sides of the truck allow the operator to move the truck or lift the forks while walking beside it, improving picking efficiency.
- Sideways Battery Compartment: The sideways battery design, along with an adjustable handling bracket, makes battery replacement easier and quicker for multi-shift work.
- Lifting Operator Platform: The operator platform can be lifted to the second rack level, allowing for more efficient picking. It can also be lowered via a footswitch to free up the operator’s hands.
- Durable Construction: Features a reinforced welded fork, long-lasting German load wheels, and a durable German drive wheel.
- Onboard Accessories: Includes a large storage tray for tools and a double USB charging port to power additional equipment.
