Developed to meet the demands of modern warehousing, the Noblelift OPH12/OPH12K is an electric order picker with a compact, ergonomic design, a high-performance AC drive, and a high-capacity battery. It is the ideal solution for businesses with high storage racks up to 9 meters, where order picking has become an integral part of daily operations due to the rise of e-commerce and just-in-time inventory practices.

- High-Performance Drive System: Features a high-performance AC drive, powerful motors, an imported gearbox, and control programs tailored for high racks to satisfy various working conditions.
- Advanced Safety System: Travel speed, lifting height, and loading capacity operate as an integrated system, with travel speed automatically reducing as the platform rises. It also features speed reduction during turns.
- Operator Protection: The order picker is equipped with a self-retracting fall limiter and a safety belt, providing excellent protection for the operator during high-level tasks.
- Auto Pallet-Locking Device: This device is capable of securely clamping pallet stringers (from 32mm to 150mm), providing instant load stabilization and boosting handling speed.
- Durable Mast & Chassis: The mast is crafted from high-strength, high-precision steel sections for stability. The robust chassis is constructed using imported channel steel and is available in two widths.
- Informative LED Screen: A high-quality LED screen displays lifting weight, lifting height, speed, power, steering information, fault codes, and alarms at a glance.
- Excellent Maneuverability: Features 360° in-situ steering, a minimum turning radius of only 72” (1830mm), and can operate in aisles as narrow as 51.2” (1300mm).
- Operator Comfort: A standard high-power platform fan keeps operators comfortable in high temperatures, and standard platform and rack lights make it easy to retrieve goods in dimly lit areas.
- Multifunctional Handle: A single multifunctional handle provides a perfect balance between safety and functionality for controlling all operations of the order picker.
- Flexible Battery Options: The truck supports a large capacity battery up to 24V/1000Ah and offers an optional lithium battery to meet the daily work needs of most warehouses.
