The Noblelift OPH 01/01E is a compact, efficient, and versatile electric order picker designed for a wide range of modern applications, from manual package picking to facilities maintenance. With a maximum platform lift of 118“ (3015mm), and a narrow 29.5” (750mm) width, it can easily navigate confined areas like elevators and doorways. Engineered with a core focus on safety, high efficiency, and ergonomics, this order picker is a great choice for various indoor tasks, offering long battery life for full-load operation.
Product Features
- High-Efficiency AC Drive: The OPH01 features dual AC drive motors from Amer (Italy), while the OPH01E has a single drive unit with electric steering. Both are managed by a Curtis controller for smooth, high-performance operation.
- Advanced Safety Features: The truck is equipped with automatic closing doors that prevent operation when open, operator presence buttons on both handles, a buzzer, and multiple warning lights (warning, rear, and blue-ray).
- Proportional & Speed-Limited Lifting: A proportional hydraulic system ensures gentle lifting, while the drive and lift speeds automatically reduce in three steps as the platform rises for maximum stability and operator safety.
- Compact & Maneuverable: With a narrow 29.5” (750mm) width, the order picker can easily enter tight spaces. The OPH01 model also has a unique 360° rotating function, providing a minimum turning radius as low as 51.2” (1300mm).
- Smart & Secure Access: An LCD display shows key information like speed, steering angle, and fault codes. Access is controlled by a PIN code lock that also has an RFID card function, simplifying access for multiple users.
- Simultaneous Operation: The high-efficiency Curtis controller makes the simultaneous operation of lifting and driving both possible and smooth, increasing productivity.
- Durable & Stable Construction: The lifting structure uses high-strength aluminum alloy profiles for a lightweight and stable design, while the chassis is equipped with rubber cushion pads to reduce the impact from collisions.
- Excellent Operator Visibility: The height of the front shelf is adjustable to ensure that goods do not overlap the operator’s field of view.
- Enhanced Lighting: Standard side lights and an optional headlight provide the operator with enough light to work in areas with insufficient ambient light.
- Flexible Battery Options: The order picker can be equipped with standard AGM batteries or optional lithium batteries that offer fast charging, are maintenance-free, and more cost-effective over their lifetime.
